I telephoned YC Autotech Solutions as I was very stressed and unsure what to do next.
I had taken my car for a MOT and it unfortunately failed, I had spent already quite a lot of money on my vehicle.
I needed a Experienced mechanic that could look at and understand a electrical fault light on my dashboard.
I had some very exceptionally high quotes for labour and as it was a airbag was warned regarding the expense of it.
I spoke to Yanni on the phone, he met me at the entrance to the business, it is in a beautiful remote location.
He fully spoke through the diagnostics as they were carried out, he helped me understand the results and handed me a printed copy.
The person helping me also took my personal details so I could have a Invoice sent to me privately also.
I would now never go to another mechanics.
Unfortunately it was the scrap heap for my car however, the way in which
I was treated was amazing, it made the process a lot more straight forwards and not as additionally stressful than it could have been.
A very respectful, kind, honest person that I will be trusting in my future purchases.
I could not recommend them anymore, if you want quality, honest, repairs look no further.

Can’t recommend Yianni enough. Great communication, there at agreed time. He’s diagnostic equipment can do near enough anything you need. Even on a Sunday he came out to do a job for me which should of taken 1hr but due to various things along the way increasing the time he was there. He still charged the same price quoted and was effortless in getting my car back into good working order. Can’t recommend him enough if you need a mechanic he’s your man

Yianni is an absolute superhero. After being scammed at auction he helped us get our abandoned broken van recovered from Cambridge to his garage in Waltham Abbey late Friday night. He met the recovery truck had a quick look at it and then got straight on it Saturday morning. Within a couple of hours he had diagnosed that we had been completely shafted - been in accident, missing fuses, dead battery, all hiding an even bigger problem… a broken timing belt and basically dead engine. Aside from that, he’s now given us the expert video footage and reports to be able to take this back to the auction house for a full refund. Without him we’d have been thousands of pounds out of pocket trying to figure out how to sort this mess. His knowledge and experience is unbelievable, and his customer care unrivalled. Yianni will be coming to purchase any vehicles with us in future . Honestly cannot recommend him more highly for all things vehicle related. Thank you so much for everything Yianni.

Yianni has helped me a number of times with my car. When I’ve broken down he has been there in a flash and has fixed my car quickly and for a fair and decent price. I’ve had a full engine rebuild for my car after the engine needed changing. My car runs perfectly now thanks to yianni!
